Computed, not generatedTwo invoices fall under blocked credits (motor vehicle, food & beverages). A draft ASMT-10 reply is ready for your review.
FinRace AI is a sovereign, self-hosted AI platform for Indian chartered accountants, company secretaries, tax advocates, law firms and banks. It combines deterministic (non-LLM) tax and GST computation, citation-validated statutory research, legal drafting, insurance policy and claim document review and document intelligence, with no external LLM API calls. It is educational and professional tooling — not investment or insurance advice, not registered with SEBI, and not an IRDAI-registered insurance intermediary.
Scoped to what works today. Anything still gated is labelled, not implied.
Educational information only. FinRace is not an IRDAI-registered insurance intermediary (agent, broker or web aggregator) and does not recommend or sell policies.
FinRace for insurance & riskEvery model call runs on self-hosted infrastructure. Nothing is sent to an external AI provider.
Regime comparisons, TDS, interest and reconciliations are computed by code, not guessed by a language model.
Statutory research is grounded in retrieved text, and each citation is validated against it or a canonical statute list.
Every plan includes General research. Add the professional verticals you work in.

Indian chartered accountants and tax practitioners, company secretaries, advocates and law firms, banks and NBFCs, and market professionals — plus individuals who want tax, legal and market topics explained. It gives educational information and professional tooling: tax and GST figures are computed deterministically, research answers carry validated citations, and drafts are for professional review. It is not investment advice, it gives no buy / sell calls, and FinRace AI is not registered with SEBI.
Yes, as educational information and document tooling. The Insurance workspace reads the key fields from a policy document (sum insured, premium, policy dates and type), checks a claim against policy validity, sum insured, the initial waiting period and standard exclusions, and drafts endorsement wording as a .docx; an insurance expert model explains policy terms, the claims process and grievance routes. FinRace AI is not an IRDAI-registered insurance intermediary (agent, broker or web aggregator): it does not recommend, rank or sell policies or insurers, and its outputs are not underwriting decisions or claim settlements.
FinRace AI is a sovereign, self-hosted AI platform for Indian CA firms, tax advocates and law firms. It runs on your own infrastructure with no external LLM API calls. For a CA firm it provides deterministic (non-LLM) tax and GST computation — Old vs New regime, advance tax with 234B/234C interest, TDS rate lookup and computation, GSTR-2B ITC reconciliation with Section 17(5) flagging, GSTR-1/3B/9 consistency checks — plus citation-validated statutory-provision and circular research, fundamental/balance-sheet analysis, and .docx drafting of CA working papers and engagement letters. Every research answer arrives with the sources it was grounded in.
Yes — that is the core design. Reasoning runs on a self-hosted model on infrastructure you control; no client data is sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or any third-party AI service, and there are no analytics or tracking scripts in the product. It is built to run on-premise or air-gapped, with per-tenant data isolation, an immutable audit log and configurable retention.
FinRace AI runs deterministic GST checks with no LLM in the calculation path: GSTR-2B vs purchase-register ITC reconciliation with Section 17(5) ineligible-credit flagging, GSTR-1/3B/9 consistency, reverse-charge liability flagging, and e-invoice IRN validation. From a reconciliation it can produce a draft ASMT-10 reply. It does not search GST case law or a GST circular database — the GST feature set is computation and reconciliation, not precedent research.
Partly. It analyses an AIS / TIS / 26AS discrepancy and explains the likely notice type behind it — diagnostic, not a drafted reply. On the GST side it can draft an ASMT-10 reply from reconciliation data. It does not auto-draft replies to income-tax department notices.
Yes. It drafts 45 court- and registration-formatted document types across 10 practice areas — legal notices (including Section 138 cheque-bounce notices), plaints, written statements, applications, reply affidavits, writ petitions, NDAs and other commercial agreements, sale / lease / gift / mortgage / partition deeds, general and special powers of attorney, divorce / maintenance / custody petitions, and wills. Each type asks only for the fields its court or statute requires, produces an editable .docx, and reproduces the facts you enter verbatim rather than re-writing them. Drafts are AI-generated and require advocate review and signature before filing; FinRace AI does not e-file, e-register or serve documents.
No. There is no case-law, judgment or tribunal-precedent corpus. Legal in FinRace AI is drafting plus bare acts and procedure — court-formatted drafts from your facts, and answers from statute text, rules and CBDT / RBI / SEBI / MCA circulars, with every citation validated against the retrieved context or a canonical statute list before it renders.
They describe the architecture and the supported deployment model, not an unconditional guarantee. “Sovereign” means all inference is self-hosted with no third-party AI calls. The platform is built for air-gapped deployment — it can run without outbound internet, and a hardened mode disables non-essential external calls. The reference cloud deployment is internet-connected; air-gapped is a supported install target. Data handling is DPDP-aware by design (consent ledger, immutable audit log, configurable retention) — an architectural posture, not a certification.
(1) All inference self-hosted — no data to external AI providers. (2) Deterministic math for anything statutory (tax, GST, TDS) rather than an LLM guessing numbers. (3) Citation validation on research output. (4) Honest scoping — the tool should tell you what it does not do (no case-law corpus, no Form 3CD) rather than implying it. (5) Per-tenant isolation, an audit log, and retention you control. FinRace AI is built to each of these.
There is no free plan. You can start with a one-time 7-day pass that includes every feature and does not renew, or choose a monthly or yearly plan for one professional vertical, two, or all of them, with a per-seat plan for firms. Prices include GST and are on the Pricing page, every payment gets a GST invoice, and your first paid month has a 7-day money-back guarantee.
As educational information, not financial advice or a recommendation. Market answers use prices delayed by 15 minutes (labelled with the time they are as of) and official closing data, and explain what each indicator, ratio and reported figure means. FinRace AI is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst and owes no fiduciary or suitability duty, so it gives no views, buy / sell calls, targets or predictions on any security and no personalised advice — consult a qualified professional for that, and see the risk disclosure linked in the footer.
Yes — bank statements, financial statements, policy documents and more, with OCR and field extraction where applicable, plus malware scanning on every upload. Each tenant's documents are isolated at the database and vector-index layer (Row-Level Security plus per-tenant Qdrant collections), so one organization's uploads are never visible to another.
Yes. An organization admin can set its own app name, logo and accent colour, and verify a custom domain by DNS TXT record. Per-tenant OIDC single sign-on is built into the platform, but the self-service configuration screen in the admin console isn't available yet — our team sets it up with you and your identity provider directly rather than you configuring it yourself.
